Texas Motor Speedway

After our zoo visit, the guys went to Texas Motor Speedway for a tour (the girls went shopping!). Layne has loved NASCAR for a couple of years. He really got into it after the movie CARS came out. He and Ken had tickets to go to the race last year, but Ken had to go with another friend b/c Layne had the flu :( Layne was super excited about the tour.

After the tour, Layne told Ken, " I want to live here". He had seen the condos that were beside the track!! Ken has connections with a friend for NASCAR tickets, so hopefully Layne will get to see a race in April!
